Case study for Virta, an electric vehicle charging platform, headquartered in Helsinki.  

The prototype is a user task analysis for a manager needing to alter a charging point’s settings at a station. UI design follows company’s visual guidelines but features shown are speculative.

Annual clock application (desktop and mobile) for curriculum management and planning at Aalto University. Calendar lanes are interactive and editable sequences for completing processes by faculty and staff.

Processes included for all schools and levels over the academic calendar year. Editable functions and customization are dependent on user permissions.

Developed with a project manager, data scientist and a developer at the university.

Service design project for Kiipeilyareena Kalasatama, a bouldering gym in REDI Mall (Helsinki).

Research included in-depth interviews with customers and staff, surveys, personas, customer journey maps, affinity diagrams, and gym trials. Designer for all material and contributed to service design elements.
